Operator Alerts

"Object Info" Window

Log Replay 

  • Entries in the log file may be replayed on the map

  • User may play in real-time, fast-forward, or rewind.

  • Any crystal report with data from the log file may also be replayed on the map

  • Operator may retrieve log entries to replay based upon vehicle ID, location within a geo-fence, speed, voltage, idle time, or a combination of these

 

Historical Activity Log Database

  • Use either Microsoft Access or Microsoft SQL Server

  • MS Access for stand-alone and small systems

  • MS SQL Server for larger systems

  • Schedule automatic backups of activity log information

  • Built-in log database pruning

  • Also works with MS SLQ Express

  • Backup copies of the historical Log table may be automatically deleted after preset time interval

 

Tracked Objects Database

  • Location and status of all tracked objects are stored in a database

Google Earth 

  • Any RavTrack PC may be configured to store Google's .kml files

  • The position and status of all tracked vehicles are embedded in the .kml file

  • .kml file generation interval is programmable

  • User may choose the pallet and icon number to use for the vehicles

  • Google Earth is easily configured to periodically retrieve the .kml file and display all of the tracked vehicles.

  • Free version of GE uses pins/drops and upgraded version has vehicle icons on the earth image

 

Multi-User 

  • Only one RavTrack PC need be connected to the radio system

  • RavTrack PC will operated in single-user mode or multi-user mode

  • Position/status information is exchanged using a shared database

  • Each workstation may have its own set of rules, maps, and alerts

  • Operators may be "administrators" with all rights

  • Operators may be restricted to printing, view-only, importing, managing alerts, and/or editing vehicle information

  • Each workstation can be configured to view and report on only the vehicles in designated User Groups.
